Finding Strength in God’s Word

It was 4:30 AM on August 12, 2020. Another nightmare had shaken me awake, and I found myself in my prayer room, seeking comfort in the Lord. As I opened my Bible, God spoke—directing me to the book of Jeremiah.

“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born, I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” (Jeremiah 1:5)

I didn’t fully understand what He was telling me—until a month later. By then, God had already been stirring something in my heart: a call to start a blog.

I wrestled with doubt. Who am I to share my stories? What if I’m not good enough? What if no one reads it?

But God reminded me:
“Don’t say, ‘I’m too young.’ You must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you.” (Jeremiah 1:7-8)

I realized then—this wasn’t about my qualifications. It was about obedience.
